Refund & Exchange Policy

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please get in touch with us at so we can discuss this with you.

You have 30 calendar days to return your item, but please note that you must contact us in time to return the item to us within the 30-day period. Any refunds beyond this point are unable to be processed.

Returns must be:

- Unused and in the same condition it was received in

- Returned with the original packaging

- Accompany the product with the proof of purchase

After receiving and checking the item meets the above standards, your refund will be issued and will reach your account shortly after.

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us with your order number, name, address and item(s), along with the reason for exchange. Depending on the reason, you may be asked to cover the postage costs, but we are more than happy to discuss this further with you on a case-by-case basis. The returned goods are deemed your responsibility until they are received by us.

If you are returning an item, you must cover the cost of postage to send the item back to us unless otherwise agreed. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
